Well basically my experience with a Jefferson was poor the school was poorly qualified at the time that I attended the school and it had poor qualified teachers the math department was horrid as well as there was bullying that went on there and which I got subjected to it's basically a poor academic African-American school with low-income African-American students particularly in the 70s and 80s I can see that there's been some improvement but not much there was drugs and prostitution that went on there some of the boys in my class were pimps drug abusers and Drug sellers I personally did not like it former 1981 graduate of Jefferson High School

Jefferson always has a police officer in the school encase of an emergency. The school nurse office is always open. The staff make sure that there students are civil to each other. No bullying policy.

i love the extracurricular activities that jefferson schools have. their are alot of things to do like me i am in: soccer, tennis(this year), track, and choir. i plan on staying with these extracurricular activities because they are ALOT of fun and they are a great way to keep active and to stay in shape.

Do not send your child to this school!! We moved to the country to get away and live a quiet life. But we are stuck to this school! Not funded! The elementary does not have a library! Come on! If moving to the area stay out of Jefferson Township!
