GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I am going into my senior year at Hanover Park High School. I have to say, the academic and sports parts of the school truly surpass the exceptional ratings. However, if there was something you are interested in and the school does not offer that, you are forced to look into it yourself and then and only then will they begin to help you with any part of your high school career

I would like the school to offer more direction for seniors and their parents. More help navigating the next steps after high school. Seniors should have more flexibility.
