GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I enjoyed it, I think the building needs to be updated a little bit. I really enjoyed the teachers and the overall atmosphere of this school, and all of the extra curricular activities.

Speaking from experience this school is pretty nice. Good staff, curriculum, and area. WARNING: music departments are horrid. Do not send kids that have musical aspirations here. Their dreams will die here. Librarian and councilors are wonderful though.

Overall the experience was wonderful. The classes were good along with the teachers. The extracurriculars were probably the best out of everything there. They work really hard to allow students to participate in many things without too many conflicts and stressors on the students.

Great school system, great community, and great sports programs. Teachers are great at keeping students of all levels involved and included. Great experience from start to finish.

They refused to give me the accommodations I needed for my disability, and the accommodations I had from my 504 were not enforced at all. I also now have PTSD due to how I was treated by the faculty. They do not think or care about their disabled students.

Elkhorn high has been a great school for our family. The classes are demanding, and the teachers are helpful. There are lots of options for activities and opportunities to be involved. The staff have always been kind. Our family is very happy with Elkhorn High!
