GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The school is so passionate about their students, I've learned so many great things at hhs and I've been apart of many projects that have improved my artistic skills and my overall character. I've been bullied a lot but the teachers are always there to lend a helping hand.

Throughout my high school career I have been given many opportunities to participate in sports or clubs. The diversity in the student body is very prominent as well as the teachers. I would like to see the lunch program changed to incorporate healthier and better options.

My overall experience during my time at Howell High School was overall okay. My freshman year was stopped early because of COVID, my sophomore year I did virtual school on google meets at Howell high school and my junior year I did an online school program and was unenrolled there for a year. I re-enrolled my senior year and hated it, I don't think it was the schools fault in anyway, I think it's a great school compared to other highschools, however it wasn't the place for me.
