GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

It has been a pleasure being part of the Battlefield High School community. My son has flourished as a student, and the teacher and faculty have been amazing.

I feel like overall Battlefield was a safe school. Certain groups of people are definitely set up for success more than others but I feel as though most public high schools struggle with the same thing. Battlefield never made a mark on me, so i don't feel super attached to the place- but i also haven't been wronged by the school so i can't really complain. I don't know that it has necessarily set me up for success, but it also has not set me up for failure.

As a graduate, this school had not prepared me for the transition into college, even though I had 32 college credits by my graduation. The school was incredibly overcrowded, even after the a new school was built nearby.

After being involved for two years it appears that teachers and guidance as well as office staff are very supportive of students and their issues. My student has been individually helped by teachers and guidance in spite of the ratio of students to guidance. These people care.
