GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My experience at Grandview was not the greatest. I did enjoy high school a lot and never had problems with my teachers. On the other hand our vice principal was terrible because he was hired at our school after being fired and embezzling 2 previous schools before ours. He would act so poorly after receiving his contract that the school would want him gone but they had to buy out his contract and give him all of the money. Then he came to our school and the higher ups at our school never noticed the way he treated students or talked to other faculty and in result he has become the high school principal.

There are days were i wish i could just go home, but overall they have a very good teaching method and teachers are very flexible with their time to make the students academic level better.

My guidance counselor is the best. I was so frantic about college and she will go out of her way for any student to make sure they make it to college. Also our office staff is great and very understanding I would say overall staff is active in every students lives.

My child graduated a full year early with the support and assistance of the teachers and staff. I couldn't say anything negative about how bullying or their drive to help each child succeed is top priority!

Very dissatisfied with this school. Several of my children have gone here. I find the school very under funded, poor quality of teachers. Lacks extra activities for kids and they are unable to compete equally with other surrounding schools.
