GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Having been at Anclote High school for 4 years now, I've seen an abundance of students, teachers, and events. I have met a variety of students in my classes and while navigating the halls. The teachers and faculty always make sure we are up to date and ready for what our future holds.

Anclote High School has some of the best teachers, support staff, and college readiness. I learned a lot about myself and academic content throughout my four years there. I would recommend that they change support staff because I feel as though guidance counselors were not as nice as I feel they should be.

The staff is over all amazing but the students seem to have a lack of respect for authority due to lack of reproductions

Horrible, I got called to the front office to speak to a guidance counselor about enrolling in the early college program since I had a strong GPA. The guidance counselor refused to sign me up and told me college courses would be to hard for me. This school does not care about their students.

I was there when Principal Williams took over and within weeks the school had gone from a 2 to an 8 whether we wanted it to or not. There were changes we thought were stupid...

Nothing but positive things to say about this school and it's staff. Any issues from years ago have been corrected and are no longer concerns.
