With Raines being a historically black high school, the history alone is rich and inspirational. Being at Raines for 3 years now (entering my senior year) I have made great friends and created bonds with teachers which has carried me through the year. The teachers I have had have all been extremely encouraging and supportive.

The teachers are very helpful. They also acknowledge my intelligence. It's so nice to have teachers who notice you. They set great examples for us students, and the most of the teachers at my previous school didn't. 5 out of 5 stars! The best school I've been to yet!!
