I personally loved my high school experience at Lake Washington. I've basically spent most of time my time at school rather than at home, since I was involved in some many clubs and sports so I would be there for around 12 hours each day.

LWHS has great school spirit, phenomenal teachers, excellent staff, and great resources. I would only like to see more organization around college planning.

I had trouble connecting with other people. I think it is important to have more social opportunities than I was given- I think the teachers could have helped with that. I also think some of the assignments were unhelpful.

Two of my children are currently enrolled in LWHS, a freshman and a junior. Both play multiple sports. Both speak multiple languages. Both are avid musicians. Excellent school with great variety of clubs, lots of AP courses to choose from and tons of clubs and sports opportunities. Well run honor society and wonderful parent support through PTSA and volunteering.
