GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Needs more security and safety for the students. The school needs more teacher and administrators who care. They need to get rid of all the crime and gang and violence. Help the students not be against them and be strict not friends. Stop all the fights and vaping and etc. that's going on. We need to be like the older years and put prayer and make education first take all the electronics out.

Everything is great and such... It's Js the environment and how they treat us like we pets or little kids or something it's terrible.

The school is great overall. The sporting and art aspects are great. Academically the school could improve on adding a larger range of courses to take. The safety of the school is great, and the officers really provide protection.

I'm a student who actually graduated from Southwind. My four year experience was quite adventurous. As I was pushed to my limit athletically and academically.
