This school has very poor leadership. Leadership is dishonest and lacks transparency. The school also lacks true diversity. Over 70% if students are East African. They describe themselves as diverse, but not really. Avoid employment there.

If you want a welcoming and caring environment Northeast College Prep is the place. The school goes to great length to ensure you have a voice and considers every voice essential to outcome. NECP has grown in to a K-8 school in a very short time and while doing so has continually strove to achieve excellence through a lens of diversity and equity and inclusion.
