GreatSchools Rating

Source: GreatSchools
GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I like the independence and opportunities to explore the arts such as music. This is a parent partnership program where we are partially homeschooled and also get to take classes on campus. The teachers really care about their students.

Sky Valley is an amazing learning environment that is both fun and welcoming for everyone. You get a great education here with the perks of fun classes, great teachers and staff members who want to be there, and great students who love their school.

SVEC offers many courses to fill-out your homeschool education needs. I took physics and algebra II. I also participated in Model UN and competed at Regional MUN conferences.

We started here after the 2015/2016 remodel due to PCB issues. We love the school and while we feel horrible for those effected by the building, it’s still in Legal Litigation. I have been bullied by parents who have left the school, my children harassed around town. People need to respect both side...

As others have said, please check out the history of the building and all the health issues students, teachers and parents have suffered. The school district did some remediation but students have still been getting sick. The school district has no plan for a new building even though all other schoo...

This USED to be an incredible school. My daughter was in the Montessori program. However, under the leadership of the current principal, the school has slid backwards 200%. They are no longer retaining the good teachers, and the ones they employ are not meeting statewide basic teaching standards. My...
