GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Highville Charter School has many administrators who are willing to help you with any questions or concerns. The school lacks variety in terms of classes you are able to take.

I like that they have really good teachers, the environment is healthy and it is a small school, which means there is not a lot of students in a class, Every grade has their schedule which is good because you will always have the same people in all your classes. Where would I like to see change? I would love them to open new sports clubs like basketball and track. They do not have sports as extracurricular activities in this school and I feel like it would be perfect if they considered opening sports clubs.

I've been at this school for 10+ years and these 10+ years have been the hardest years of my life just bc of how the school has treated me and how I was treated by students and staff which plays a huge part in my depression and anxiety. They don't truly care for the students until it gets noticeably...

My overall experience with this facility was a epic failure. The administration is horrible. The principal supports her subordinates even if their actions may go against her own better judgements.

This is an excellent school. My son teacher really took the time to see what technique would help him learn better. He is doing very well. I would recommend this school to anyone.
