GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I love my school so much, it is a very small school so it feels as if we are all family. The support every student gets is immense, this school also helps students academically and with steps they should take after high school.

Teachers learn how to teach by the studentts reactions to the project. For an example in math classes the teacher teaches about APR and interest rates. That is usually a project in which majority of the class will pay attention or speed up and finish their projects with high grades.

The rules at the school are straight forward. The teachers give warnings and if you break a rule they tell you which rule and the consequences of doing it.

Bay Area School of Enterprise (BASE) is a great school. Its mostly youth ran which gives students that go there a chance to make the school go the way they want it to go. Going to BASE I've experienced planning community projects for the school including a Relationship Conference and a College Fair....

These students often require extra support and individual attention from teaching staff in order to succeed. BASE is the only school that my child...

The things I love about BASE are that we all get along and our teachers are so supportive. They take the time to help us out whenever we have a hard time in our classes or even outside of school. Here we see each other more like family. Our community is amazing. I like that the class sizes are prett...

I am a junior at Alternatives in Action's Bay Area School of Enterprise (BASE). I have learned a lot and my teachers are really helpful. They have helped me to understand the steps that it will take for me to meet my A-G requirements and apply to college.
