NVOT has been great. The only issue has been the seemingly revolving door of principals. This is the senior year and the third principal within that timeframe.

It's frustrating that teachers don't use Canvas consistently. It makes it very difficult for students to manage 8 different classes. There should be consistent expectations and usage of all technology, especially the expensive learning management system. It's also unacceptable to have classrooms without air conditioning all year.

This is a School environment were every one is welcome. People will smile at you when they see you. This is a sport heavy school. I. grew up with the meaning that your sports team is your second family.

Diversity is horrible, admin is horrible, students lazy and privileged probably buy their way into college, some students hardworking and nice though. Don't care for you unless you are a good athlete or above-average student.

Yes, they are great at disciplining students and keeping us all "in check", but they are not even close to helpful in meeting the emotional needs of the students. I hav...

My daughter attends NVOT and is thriving. She is in honors and AP classes and has to work hard to keep up with the work load, but I am certain this will prepare her for college and the real world. The teachers are engaging, compassionate, and take a genuine interest in their students. The facilities...
