GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

One of my favorite parts about PCHS is the amount of opportunities we have for such a small school. Additionally, our arts programs have consistently outperformed other, bigger schools in the area, and the culture around these programs from the community is great. However, I feel that our funding could be better used. For example, our lockers and some bathrooms are rather disgusting and/or barely functional.

Many different, diverse class options. A very welcoming environment to many high school students and their families.

Plymouth High School is very sports oriented. We have one of the top sports programs in the state, but sometimes it can get very competitive and unfair when factoring in seniority over skill. The main goal is always to win, and it isn't always fair to players who had been with the team since day one. However, I have had good moments with the school and the teams that I have been apart of. I would like to see some coaches leave, as they have been a crucial part of a lot of our players trauma and newfound disgust for their favorite sports.

Further, PHS has the leading music dept in the area, if not the state. Approximately 20% of the student body participates in ba...
