As a senior at Hillcrest, I have definitely had my ups and downs throughout my time here. However, I have managed to maintain straight A's my entire 4 years, and have felt that I have been properly educated and that the curriculum I am given is beneficial to my learning. The AP classes I have taken have made me feel more confident in being college prepared, as well. I have created many great and beneficial relationships with the staff as well.

I think my school has successfully helped me prepare for what is essential for me and my future. I only hope that Hillcrest can be more open to more elective options for students with diverse interests and aspirations.

My experience over the course of 4 years here is very diverse. I found myself amongst the wrong crowds, and somehow into the right ones. When I was on the right side of the crowd. I noticed that teachers, and piers wanted to help me more than before. I feel as if that experience should be taken as a lesson because a student needs to understand this. In order for one to be helped, they must want to be helped.

That there lots of gangs in there and like fights like every day there.there was a drive by there.it’s to the point that la sierra is being a better school then Hillcrest
