They keep everything organized and know how to make everyone feel welcomed and safe. A lot of sports and diversity.

The best parts of Rockford High School was that they took everything very seriously which I feel has set me up for success. Our sports were all year round, you were expected to get good grades and take advanced classes, there were many opportunities to earn college credits and prepare yourself for the future. The downfalls to Rockford is that there was very little diversity and it felt as though we were all the same.

I graduated from Rockford and left ill prepared for college. The same thing happened to my son and nephews. The school is popular because of it's extracurricular activities and sports programs, but academically it focuses on either gifted and talented students or troubled students. The middle of the...

I am a rockford grad now going into my second year of college. First off I would like to say that Anyone who claims that rockford is a rich snotty district is only kidding themselves and fooling others. While like every district there are some preppy kids, the students at rockford were very friendly...

Rockford is a great place to grow up. The teachers and parents are very involved in helping you succeed. I never had any problems with bullying, everyone was always so nice! Being good at sports definitely helps but if athletics aren't your thing, we have so many great programs like band and theater...
