GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Skyline is a very academically driven school with many IB and honors courses. There is also a lot of diversity and culture at the school, but where we lack is definitely in school spirit and student involvement.

Skyline high school is terrible in supporting students. Counseling hours fall within students class periods. Students can never really seek for help without missing the class. Staffs are extremely rude; lack of professionalism. They are apathy and careless towards students and families.

Overall it was a great highschool experience, despite the challenges faced due to covid. My freshman year was partially online partially in person, so that was tough to deal with and then my junior year was spent doing running start. So my only real year at skyline was my sophomore year, and from that I can say that i had a pretty enjoyable year, I made alot of a aquantincies/friends. And my only struggle was that some teachers were more anoying then others. But other then that I was pretty good.

The only reason this school scores so high in academics is because it's located in a high income area, with tons of money, and parents / family who are culturally dedicated to higher education, support and push their students to excel academically. The school and teaching reap the benefits of being...
