When I went to Langley I spoke mostly Spanish and a little bit of English, all the teachers I had up to 5th grade were Spanish speakers. I would zone out at times when the teacher spoke English, so she switched me to this other class and I was YELLED at, at the top of her lungs in front or a foreign class to me. Apart from that experience, Langley is a good place, some teachers just lack patience.
