GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The school has a very academic-orientated culture. You're more likely to find groups of kids fighting over a leadership position rather than over a petty argument. However, the school is incredibly large, and the spectrum of AP kids to fail is very wide. Many people are stuck within their own cliques of academic level, so it's difficult for students to expand and connect with other people.

EVHS I went to for my Freshman(20-21) & Sophomore year(21-22. EVHS is a great school academically but from what I witnessed outside of academics was very annoying. Lots of Kids were bullies making this school very toxic, lots of chaos happening (arrests, suspensions, referrals, etc...). Besides that the school is still great !

I think that the community there is great, however the teachers could be better. Sometimes the teachers there can be a bit unfair. However, that is only some of them. I've had some really great teachers during my experience in this school.

Disappointed in the education my student received here. Although the student body is essentially a positive group, and there were some highlights for them to focus on, the overall high-school experience was poor.
