My experience at this school was an is awful. The math department lacks and the whole school puts on a stupid "care and belonging" act. Almost all the good teachers have quit and I just want to go back to public school.

If you are aspiring to work in the art profession, or go to an art college, then Northwest is the right place for you. Teacher often take absence for absurd reasons. The academics is poor in this school, the courses aren't challenging. If you want to purse a major in STEM or History, then it's no longer the place for you. Northwest's curriculum is not based on any textbooks, despite it's not mandatory, but the course would be more organized if there's a reference. There's no honor courses or AP courses offered in this school, if you're excelling in STEM subjects or Social Studies, there's no chance for you to be challenged at all. I don't recommend this school, since it couldn't offer me the challenges in the courses. It muddled everyone together, without differentiation in knowledge storage, it's unfair for the student who wants to purse a better education.

My son attends this school. He likes the school very much. The school has excellent teachers and friendly students, a good academic environment, and various kinds of clubs. International students can live in the dorm. The dorm is well-managed, and the administrators often organize activities during weekends. I believe you will have a great learning experience in this school.

He has used math in art classes and critical thinking skills of humanities in his science cl...

Northwest is an amazing school. My two children and three nephews all attended and - while they are all very different people - they all had a wonderful experience. The teachers are excellent and the academics are engaging and challenging (in a good way). The arts are top notch. The community has wo...
