We have been at Susick for 2 years now. We are school of choice from Holden where we had a less than stellar experience. They placed my son in danger of losing his life during his pending type 1 diabetes diagnosis & the Holden staff took NO accountability or even followed up when I picked my son up...

Experience has been great so far. I had low expectations considering this is a Title 1 school but the teachers are amazing and the interim principal is wonderful. We have been very happy at Susick, the teachers have been great and the principal is amazing. He knows every child by name and the parents as well. They also have a bookmobile every summer that provides free books to the kids. If budget cuts hadn't occurred this school could compete with some of the...
