GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Honestly, my experience has been a pretty good one throughout my years attending the school. If I had to choose for something to change, I would choose to change the only three people allowed in the bathroom rule and how we aren't allowed to go between periods anymore.

In my three years of school I would say every year the administration has gotten better. During my freshman year the school was a mess and I didn't believe the administration knew what they were doing. I think this was because we were the year the came from the pandemic. To elevate this conundrum the admins listened to the complaints of the students. Now we have smoke detectors and more interesting classes.

My experience during Union City high school was chill. Don't get in trouble and you'll be fine. I made lots of friends and had many good conversations with them. The teachers that I had made the school experience good. The teacher really help you for college.

The school is in an area where the population isn't exactly the most affluent and it saddens me to see so many kids be okay with people assuming they won't amount to much. The teachers constant...

We should be at least given some sort of orientation/tour to know the school so is less streesi...

It was pretty frustrating dealing with faculty members who required respect but did not show any back. What really hurt the experience for me was not being able to talk to my counselour as she was no help at all, ive asked others and the agree with me.

The school provides students with so much support through concelors, clubs, and help from teachers. There are many oppurtunies that are availible for the students to take advantage of and it is a balenced envirnment.
