GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Guajome is an excellent place for students and families. There is a "community school" mindset where all stakeholders work together to ensure students and families are getting what they need to be successful in and out of the classroom. Guajome's sports and club programs are growing as well and they really allow students to get creative and show off their interests and culture. Ballet Folklorico is a club highlight. Guajome truly is a great place to be.

Being a student at Guajome from 6th grade to 12th grade was great. I experienced community, support from teachers, college preparedness, and an overall safe and welcoming environment.

Ever since I've been at Guajome I noticed it is different from a public school. Coming from one the worst middles schools in the district to a semi private school had different cultures and selections of students. The diversity and size of Guajome it what really sets it apart with it being a vary small school. And although it can at times hurt the culture it allows the teachers to have a better understanding and idea of each student's capabilities. However as my time their increased I noticed the absolute inconsistency in grading.

I attended this school for two years before transferring due to lack of a stimulating learning environment and an engaged administration. When I attended there, they had a huge issue with mold being in the carpets and ceilings. You can smell it in the danker classrooms and as a student with asthma i...

We could not be happier at Guajome. I’ve had two students go through high school and I can’t speak more highly of the small tight knit diverse experiences and opportunities they have had. They also have had the chance to make the best friends with amazing peers, that are motivated, connected to thei...

As a student attending Guajome since 7th grade, I don't recommend going to Guajome. Alot of relentless bulling, i tried to tell the teachers and administration to handle it. But it doesn't really seem that they care.Even being bullied in class by another student WHILE THE TEACHER WAS WATCHING! The t...

Guajome Park Academy is a HORRIBLE public Charter School . The administrative “leadership” is atrocious . If you can teach anywhere else , do so .
