GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The main thing I would hope to see change at white plains high school would be the overall safety. This school often has fight happen at an almost daily rate. This is bad for both students and teachers who must invoke and stop these altercation. One thing I love about white plains high school is Marget's place made to provide a safe space for domestic abuse victims.

Some of the best parts in my high school experience were some not all the teachers having a genuine connection with their students

I went there, both my children are students there. The negative reviews are not warranted. The idea that the teachers and faculty don't care and are lazy is ludicrous. There has never been a situation where anything that want an issue wasn't resolved by involving the right people. Like any school an...
