Early 20th-Century homes
This scenic community is well-known for its wooded enclaves, spacious yards and early 20th-century homes. Pre-war Craftsman and Tudor homes are common throughout the neighborhood and have generally been well-maintained, preserving their historic appeal. The neighborhood also features a mix of Cape Cods, mid-century moderns and colonial revivals. Contemporary new construction makes up a small but growing part of the local housing market. Home prices range from $400,000 to $900,000 due to the quality of the preserved historic homes in the community.
