This was my second time buying a home, but the first time I’ve purchased a home in a state I didn’t live in or was able to travel to see homes and areas prior to the purchase. Laya made what could be a very stressful situation easy! she didn’t assume I knew stuff and explained things thoroughly. When working with options on financing, to carpet cleaners, lock smiths, HOA, etc. she had a person for everything and she took the time and made sure we were comfortable with every situation before making a decision. We valued her opinion and expertise and she put our family wants and needs first when helping us find a house especially because we would be moving in with a newest addition to our family shortly after. She kept in mind our goals, our concerns about finding the best and affordable rate, and in the area that made the most sense for our entire family. This home buying process was a very delicate time due to us relocating from another state, weeks away from birthing a newborn, and me starting medical school. With all those things in mind, Laya made sure to not add any additional stress and we are so thankful.
