Michelle Peters made my dream of home ownership become a reality. She provided excellent service in helping me purchase a townhouse in the 4S Ranch neighborhood within San Diego. I relied heavily on her since I was an out-of-state purchaser. Michelle was very good at explaining and walking me through every step of the process over the phone. She was very quick to respond when I called or emailed her with additional questions.

Michelle helped me put in a reasonable offer (and fend off other competitor’s offers) in a timely fashion. She was thorough in all her paperwork. She was constantly aware of deadlines and made sure all steps were completed early. And during the home inspection, Michelle noticed as many required repairs as the inspector did. She even called around for repair price quotes and negotiated the repair costs into the final home purchase price.

Overall, Michelle provided a level of service well above her fee to the seller. She reduced my stress level by listening to any of my concerns and addressing them with the appropriate party (selling agent, escrow company, inspector, or lender) to make this out-of-state purchase as simple and seamless as a local purchase. And once the purchase was complete, Michelle continued to answer questions to help me settle in and set up various services for my new home.

I highly recommend that you choose Michelle Peters as your real estate agent. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service she provided. I believe you will be equally satisfied too.

I met Michelle 8 years ago who then helped me obtained my properties smoothly. She earned my trust and I recommended her to my daughter this year. I am so grateful my daughter followed her advice and it was critical to successfully find and purchased her property in March 2021 in a heated Sellers' market. Only thereafter that did I read/watch many real estate news about how many people were struggling and failed to close on the properties that I am convinced her service played a critical role.
