Noah is an absolute professional and we were incredibly lucky to work with him on our first-time home buying experience in San Diego. Three things that stood out were his competence, promptness, and balanced advice.

Competence: Noah had detailed insights to share throughout our journey. We had worked with a few agents before, and Noah’s level of detail was an order of magnitude above. When we were touring, he provided insights on all aspects of the houses we were considering – location, floor plan, future repairs needed, school district, value, the list goes on. During the offer write-up, he walked us through all the details and how the seller’s agent may react (they did exactly that!). During escrow, we had a short closing and he coordinated the inspections and negotiations and went into as much detail as we wanted on each aspect. And as a pleasant surprise, he has always been available to help and co-ordinate post move-in repairs and problem solve with us. We have been in very good hands throughout the process.

Promptness: Noah’s level of promptness and just “being there” for us has been incredible. He squeezed us in last minute for house showings on a couple of occasions – once just before he was going to leave on vacation. He has been incredibly responsive and detailed on text and calls for all our questions and concerns. Especially during the contract period, where time is most limited, we were able to turn around inspections, counter-offers, and problem solve any issues that came up very quickly with him. We never felt that the whole process would “get away from us” and it was all due to his promptness and availability. He also made sure that we were on top of things in a very kind and respectful way.

Balanced advice: As first-time home buyers, we relied on Noah’s expertise a lot and his advice was always balanced. He never pushed a certain home or offer terms or a certain vendor on us, and instead, armed us with the information (both pros and cons) so that we can make the best choice for our situation. If there were any red-flags, he was sure to call them out. We never felt blind-sided by any decision that we made through the process.

All in all, Noah is one of the best people you can work with, not just in real-estate but in professional settings anywhere. He has our highest recommendation to anyone looking to buy a home in San Diego

My wife and I have good friends that used Noah for their home purchase which brought them a great house and seemed to go rather smoothly. We asked them if they recommended Noah and they gave him high praises.

We met with Noah a week later and the whole process followed suit with our friends experience. He took the time from day 1 to explain to us the different areas of San Diego, and what we would get with each region to make sure we had a proper understanding of the landscape. After carefully gathering realtor recommendations from my friends, family, and coworkers, I interviewed all of the recommendations and chose Noah because of his detailed raving review from my friend, reputation, knowledge, capabilities, demeanor, effort, ideals, the way he conducts business, methods and ease of communication, his views and action plan coincided very well with my lender, and he was interviewed and approved by my lender.

After we decided to work together, Noah worked diligently to find me a home that fits my price range, in the areas of my choice, and some areas I didn’t even consider, which turned out to be a great suggestion. He spent a lot of time teaching me about how to view a place online, how to view a house in person, what issues I should look at for a house, pointed out issues of each house we viewed, did a really good cost estimate of the fixes I wanted, kept in mind my broad range of home necessities, offered reasonable and great suggestions for offers, provided amazing feedback on how to progress, any of his professional recommendations were spot on and amazing in quality, offered great suggestions for fixes from DIY to professional fixes, and his COVID precautions were great.

Noah spent a lot of time at odd hours responding to all my questions before, during and after my sale. It has been months since my purchase and he’s still helping me, keeping tabs, offering help, and offering suggestions. He even checks in on the professional providers for me! He makes sure that I’m getting the top quality and ensures that the timing is as efficient as possible. I felt that this is way above and beyond many realtors. I’ve is NOAH GRASSI on three different transactions and I wouldn’t use anyone else moving forward! NOAH help me by my first condo in SD at 1235 Parker Place. We purchased a 2 bedroom well below market. The sellers agent took our lower offer because they knew Noah and his reputation. You don’t really know this till after close of the value you get with him. So many things are happening, so many things need checked off, Noah is very organized, professional, and well liked in the real estate community. I sold that same property through him after 2 years and made a substantial profit.

I also used him on a purchase at 1251 Parker Pl and we were up against 5 other offers. We were $1,000 more then them all and Noah convinced them to not do a bidding round and just accept my offer. This probably saved me $40k.

He is fun to work with as well, he is straight to the point. He also points out everything wrong with a property so you know what you are getting into and are not surprised later. My suggestion is if you want to property, listen to all the negatives and purchase it with that knowledge.

His knowledge of the entire San Diego area on the macro level combined with his detailed understanding of each property before we went to see it made my life trying time find a replacement investment property exponentially easier. I was even out of the country for 2 weeks during crunch time and he didn’t miss a beat with getting everything lined up. Noah made me feel like the entire process was about Me finding the best possible property for my situation. Simply put, he’s a total pro and a great guy.

I recently purchased a home in La Jolla with Noah as my realtor. Noah definitely had MY best interest in mind. For example, when I expressed an interest in a property slightly out of my original criteria, Noah told me to wait and be patient, that my "unicorn" would show up. And it did! I'm so glad I listened to him. I ended up with a beautiful place that met all my wishes just 2 blocks from the beach. Lucky me! Further, Noah was great at helping negotiate a great price.
