Personally, my experience at Fox Ridge is pretty average. I do rather well in my courses. The only thing I don't like about my school is the staff. They enforce ridiculous policy's that everybody complains about, yet nothing ever gets done from them. Examples would be a cellphone policy, as well as the dress code. The security guards and deans are also not very nice to the students. Though the teachers are much better. I wouldn't necessarily correlate that to good teaching, however.

While I personally had a decent experience at the school there have been some problems that started soon after I left. For example, there were often disagreements between the teachers and the administration meaning that some of the better teachers would quickly move on to another school, and over the course of the past 4 years they have gone through 3 different principles.

Well, first, they give too much homework and not enough time on projects and assignments. Shout out to Miss Lakin, probably the best teacher in this school.

At first glance the school seems like it may be a good place for your child. It isn’t bad when it comes to the building or the clubs it offers, but the learning and bullying is off the charts. For 8th graders, and soon to be the entire school, teachers will be handing out textbooks and telling kids...

This middle school is a very bad place and impacts negatively on your child’s mental health. The teachers don’t teach or help improve the students learning and some of the eighth grade teachers do a type of classroom called a modern classroom. Which is where the teacher gives you a textbook and you...
