GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I would like to see more emphasis on science, math, and college readiness. The teachers and administrators are hardworking, dedicated, and go above and beyond to connect with each child. All of my children are very content attending school, look forward to each day, and have little to no homework. Tutoring is available. I like the emphasis on community service.

Teachers engage with the students, but not the class subject too much-at all.

Going to school here was very difficult for me, because I didn't feel as if I fit in. The teachers try very hard to keep the peace but that isn't as easy of a job as it should be. Teachers deserve more respect than what they are given at this school.

It is the small class sizes at Options which make the students want to pay more attention and bond with the teachers.

My daughter is getting ready to graduate and she has done really well here. I have been so happy with the school. The class sizes are perfect and the work challenges her. Plus you don't have to doubt that the kids are in good hands.

I like the size of this school for my daughter. She is able to get on on one attention with plenty of structure, but the structure is not too much in that it limits the students. She enjoys it and I also am happy that they are up to date on technology as well.

My son and daughter have been attending Options for years now. We chose them for many reasons and what I like about the school is the level of communication between the staff and the parents. The level of difficulty is sufficient and the amount of homework is very reasonable. Even the variety and qu...
