GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Overall I truly enjoyed my 4 year high school experience at Central High School. I wish they prepared us more for college, but I loved playing softball, cheering, and dancing at this school. And all sports events were the highlight of my years.

The experiences were quite good. With a quite supporting community with sports. And having the school week be only 4 days for student athletes.

Being strongly apart of the amazing and award winning performing arts department has made being at Central High School a lot more fun, however, the treatment of faculty and teachers, I've Noticed, is not great and has caused many of them to quit. The student life however, has many opportunities with a huge variety of clubs and after school activities giving most anyone something to do.
