While students experience great education, the culture is very toxic. It seems that if one does not get a 4.0 or into a top 30 college, they are a failure.

The science research program is extensive and pretty informative, with lots of opportunities for students to get their feet in the industry. The arts program is lacking and could use plenty of improvement.

I'd say that Lynbrook, compared to the other schools in the Fremont Union District, is doing quite well academically compared to the rest, however that does come with a lot of pressure to excel. We have many top-notch athletes that carry the sports aspect of the school as well as the very academically-inclined students that represent the school at various conference, but in turn it makes it much much harder to stand out amongst my peers.

Lynbrook is a crucial stage in education, bridging the gap between middle school and college or career pathways. It typically spans four years and offers a mix of academic, social, and extracurricular experiences.Overall great school if kids love academic challenges

As a sophomore at Lynbrook High School, I’ve found the environment to be not only unbearably competitive but deeply damaging to mental health. The academic pressure is relentless, especially in math, where the heavy workload and constant push for perfection create an atmosphere of chronic stress. Pa...
