An small urban enclave just outside of Church Hill
Modest single-story dwellings sit side-by-side along narrow streets lined with sidewalks and mature trees in Richmond’s Peter Paul, a small urban enclave of just over 530 residents. The community is strictly residential, but locals often refer to it as "an extended part of Church Hill," or so says Erin Rose, a Realtor at Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. Church Hill is one of Richmond's most sought-after neighborhoods, because of its walkability and density of trendy shops and eateries. "It's probably one of the more walkable neighborhoods in the city, besides the Museum District and the Fan," she says. And while, Peter Paul is technically about 1 mile from Church Hill proper, access to all it has to offer is well within reach.
Peter Paul residents appreciate the convenient commute to the city center.
